SHIPPING

Carter Candles is a small business and we spend time making everything by hand. Some of our products may be made to order. Please take this into consideration when waiting on your lovely orders to arrive. 

We aim to process and dispatch your lovely items within 3-5 working days. 

After dispatch your order will be with you within the following 3-5 working days.  

Please be aware that delivery times may vary during busy periods. 

There is an additional charge for delivery, this will be calculated at checkout. 

Our options for UK shipping are:

Tracked 48 - No signature required ranges from £3.00-£5.50 depending on weight. 

Please note our shipping courier will attempt delivery 3 times. After this the courier will decide what happens and this usually results in the parcel being returned to us. 
Due to the costs of shipping we will require a payment for us to send your parcel back out.
